Leadership Programs

Our key personnel are in constant training the goal of becoming the best leaders they could be in their respective areas of operation. These include Total Quality Assurance, Exterior Commerce, Administrative and Fiscal activities. This training is carried out both by internal and external consultants.

 

Individual Training

These training programs are developed to show our workforce how to work effectively and efficiently in their respective work areas. All new and existing Personnel are required to take the basic “Exportex: Learning to Work” training program. Further training is required throughout the entire plant, allowing us to best allocate our human capital resources. In addition, this constant training allows us to fulfill our “Promote From Within” policy by identifying the best candidates for promotions.
